Review: Do you dare to bare? Rimmel Lasting Finish Nude by Kate Moss

One of my all-time go-to lipsticks is the Kate Moss Lasting Finish Matte no. 110 and I’m also a massive Apocalips fan, so when I heard a few weeks back that Rimmel had launched its latest Kate Moss Collection lipsticks, I couldn’t wait to give them a try.

The new Lasting Finish range is comprised of a selection of chic and stylish nudes and is available in five shades. There’s a colour to complement every skin tone: warm (#43), neutral (#40 & #43) and cool (#45), with #40, #43 and #48 designed to suit all skin tones.

My complexion is pretty neutral at the moment because it has been warmed slightly from the sun but I would likely opt for any of these anyway, depending on the occasion.

The lipsticks are easy to apply and the creamy texture glides on to the skin smoothly. The injection of conditioning balm moisturises the lips and is not at all drying like Rimmel’s Lasting Finish Matte range. All shades have great pigmentation and last a good couple of hours.

For just £5.49 these are a definite must-have make-up collection/handbag essential.
